User Terms

Version 2026-10-22-draft-2 · 22 October 2026

1. Who provides Pupivio

Pupivio is provided by ESOTECH LTD ("Pupivio", "we", "us"). Contact us at [hello@1stdo.com](mailto:hello@1stdo.com?subject=Pupivio). These terms cover the Pupivio app and the services we make available for it. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; agreeing to these terms is not consent to unrelated data processing.

These development-review terms are not a representation that a public service has launched. Company registration details, the registered office, applicable service locations and the final effective date must be completed before public release.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract to use Pupivio. Keep your sign-in account secure and give accurate information. Do not share access, impersonate someone, evade a suspension or allow a child to operate your account. Notify us if you reasonably suspect unauthorised use.

Apple and Google sign-in, where available, are subject to those providers’ services. We do not ask you to give us their passwords. Changing a sign-in address or using an Apple private-relay address does not automatically prove that two accounts belong to the same person; account linking requires verification.

3. What the service does

Pupivio helps you create films using selected pet photos and clips, story tools, optional AI generation, editing and optional community features. Availability depends on the app version, location, plan and the selected provider. A collection is a creative workflow, not a promise that every suggested effect is available.

Local editing and cloud generation are different operations. Selecting media for a local edit does not itself authorise uploading your whole library. Review the recipient, material and quote before requesting cloud generation. Keep a separate copy of important originals and finished films.

4. Your content and permission

You retain any rights you hold in your source material. To provide the features you request, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to process, store, reproduce, transform and deliver that material only as reasonably necessary for those features, security, moderation and legal obligations. This is not a transfer of ownership or a general licence to use your private films in advertising.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded images, videos, music, voices and information about other people. Pet footage can include faces, conversations, addresses and location details. Keep mixed footage local unless you have appropriate authority and the selected service permits the material. Permission to film does not necessarily include permission for AI processing or public publication.

Use music and other third-party material only within the rights you hold. Pupivio does not grant a universal music licence or guarantee that generated material is protected by copyright, unique, exclusive or suitable for a particular commercial use.

5. AI creation and honest presentation

AI outputs can contain visual errors, invented actions, inaccurate details or changes to your pet’s appearance. Review the complete film before saving or sharing it. Inner monologues are fictional entertainment; they do not establish what an animal thinks or feels. The service does not provide veterinary, behavioural, legal or other professional advice.

Do not present an invented scene as evidence of real events. Do not invent an animal’s health, temperament, treatment, adoption history, rescue circumstances or a product’s performance. Label materially AI-generated or altered scenes clearly when publishing, and follow applicable platform and legal disclosure requirements.

Do not use the service to depict or encourage animal harm, create unlawful or abusive material, exploit children, impersonate others, infringe rights, mislead viewers, or bypass safety controls. Human voice cloning and misleading representations of identifiable people are not authorised by these terms.

6. Quotes, credits and generation jobs

Pupivio credits are service units, not currency, model tokens, an investment or a promise of a fixed number of videos. The quote shown before a request states the required credits and relevant output settings. Duration, resolution, input type, selected model and separate draft/final stages can change the quote.

An accepted job can reserve credits while processing. A confirmed successful job is charged; a confirmed technical failure releases the applicable reservation according to the displayed job policy. If submission or billing status is uncertain, the reservation can remain pending while we reconcile it. Replaying the same accepted request must not create another charge; deliberately requesting another generation is a new job.

A successfully generated draft may be chargeable even if you choose not to make a final film. Final generation from a draft is a separate operation with its own quote. Disliking a technically successful result is not automatically a technical failure. This does not restrict statutory remedies for a defective or misdescribed service.

Paid consumable credits do not expire under the current product policy. Promotional credits, if offered with a different validity period, must be identified separately before issue. Credits cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where law requires. Changes to future quotes do not retrospectively change an accepted quote.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Prices, included benefits, billing period, renewal terms and any trial conversion are shown in the purchase screen and Apple confirmation before purchase. AI credits are included only where the selected offer expressly says so. No plan provides unlimited paid model generation unless expressly stated with an enforceable fair-use definition.

App Store subscriptions renew under Apple’s purchase terms until cancelled. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple account settings. Cancellation generally stops the next renewal and does not itself delete your Pupivio account or immediately end an already-paid period. Restore purchases using the applicable app control; access remains subject to verification.

Refund requests for Apple purchases follow Apple’s applicable process and any non-excludable consumer rights. We may correct duplicate or fraudulent grants and respond to verified refunds or chargebacks. We will not use an account deletion request to make cancellation unnecessarily difficult, and we do not charge an undisclosed cancellation fee.

8. Community, visibility and moderation

Films start private. Public or unlisted publication requires your explicit choice, appropriate rights and the applicable review. An unlisted link is accessible to people who obtain it and may be forwarded. Public material may be viewed, copied or reshared outside our control.

For material you choose to publish, you additionally permit us to host, display and technically adapt it to operate the selected community features. A recipe or remix permission does not grant access to your private original files. We may reject, restrict or remove unlawful, unsafe or rights-infringing material and take proportionate action against repeated abuse.

You can use the available report and block controls and contact hello@1stdo.com to challenge a moderation decision. Explain the affected post or account and the relevant facts. We will review appropriate challenges; applicable notice, complaint and appeal rights remain available.

9. Safety, reliability and changes

Do not interfere with the service, extract private information, probe systems you do not have permission to test, reverse engineer protections to evade limits, resell unauthorised access, or submit malware. Rate limits, queues and spending safeguards may delay or reject requests.

We use reasonable skill and care but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, perfect AI outputs or that every external provider will remain available. We may maintain, improve or discontinue features. Material changes to paid benefits or these terms will be communicated as required by law; we will provide applicable cancellation, refund or other remedies rather than treating continued use as unlimited consent.

10. Suspension, closure and deletion

You may stop using Pupivio and request account deletion through Privacy & data or by contacting us. Deleting your account does not delete files you saved to Photos, copies other people made, or independently held provider records, and it does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription.

We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, serious abuse or a legal obligation. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason, the available review and what happens to paid benefits. Active external jobs may need reconciliation before deletion completes; that must not become an indefinite obstacle to a lawful erasure request.

11. Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, remedies for digital services, or liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. We do not require you to give up mandatory local protections or your right to complain to an authority.

To the extent legally permitted, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, losses caused by your unlawful use, or business losses when you use a consumer service. Any limitation must be fair and proportionate and does not replace a remedy required by law. There is no blanket "no refunds" or unlimited consumer indemnity in these terms.

12. Apple-specific provisions

These terms are between you and ESOTECH LTD, not Apple. Apple does not provide Pupivio support and is not responsible for its content or third-party rights claims. To the extent required by Apple’s minimum terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the app licence and may enforce it. Your licence is limited to permitted use on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to the App Store usage rules and applicable family-sharing provisions.

For a failure to conform to an applicable warranty, notify Apple; Apple’s purchase-price refund obligations and other responsibilities are governed by its applicable terms and mandatory law. You must comply with applicable trade restrictions and third-party agreements. Apple is not responsible for addressing your support, product-liability, privacy or consumer-protection claims against us.

13. Disputes, notices and contact

Please contact hello@1stdo.com with "Pupivio" in the subject so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent court proceedings, a regulator complaint or another mandatory remedy. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class proceedings in this draft.

The final governing-law and company-registration provisions require verification of the actual operating entity and establishment. In all cases, mandatory protections and available courts of your habitual residence remain unaffected. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful.

Temporary result availability

Generation passes, service credits and video storage are different benefits. Unless the purchase screen expressly includes a separately described archive service, a generated result is delivered through a provider link with a limited availability period, currently approximately 24 hours for Seedance development fixtures. Save your result within that period. Expiry does not erase the task record or authorize a further charge. We do not represent a temporary link as permanent storage. Your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
